Overview

Long term established psychology practice based in Wentworthville Sydney we aim to continue and build on confidence and trust in delivering quality mental health interventions within the local community.

We are seeking an Individual/s who would like to expand their existing client base from our office or potentially join our team.

About the Role

Experienced Psychologist (minimum 2 years experience) needed at Wentworthville practice, Western Sydney.

Part Time/ Full Time Psychologist.

Current team includes, psychologist, social workers, counsellor

For those wanting to begin or continue establishing their private practice, rental below:

Rent DAILY RATE - $50, paid only if room is used - FOR FIRST 12 MONTHS - ROOM AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.

Some guidance provided to assist in growing own practice for expansion of existing client base or potential for start ups

Large office available. Close to local medical centres and independent GP clinics.

Rooms are large with access to wifi, phone, fax, heating/cooling amenities on site and staff kitchen.

Suitable space for storage available upon request

Essential Criteria

Relevant degree in Psychology (or equivalent)

• Full registration with AHPRA (provisional psychologists need not apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High standard of customer service and a team approach
• Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice
• Understanding of quality improvement principles
• Flexible, positive approach to work
• Availability for weekday work and Saturdays

Duties

• Psychological assessment and intervention
• Flexibility with time and days essential
• Work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
•
