The Senior Advisor Health Management role falls within our Health and Wellbeing team and supports the administration of health management at the RFS. The Health and Wellbeing team are responsible for the development and management of health and wellbeing programs, policies, and protocols including health screening, health promotion and non-workers compensation and workers compensation.


Reporting to the Supervisor, Health Management, this role will be instrumental in developing and administering the protocols, systems and programs for health screening and monitoring (medical assessments), health promotion and management of non-workers compensation matters to inform critical decision making and influence organisational outcomes. This role will provide best practice advisory and solutions on occupational health hazards and risks to operational and non-operational leaders, members and other professionals, and contribute to strategic initiatives to address these.
