Fuller Life Australia (FLA) was founded in 2019 in Bass Coast Victoria by an experienced Senior Physiotherapist, to support regional communities with person-centered, care-focused therapy in the home and/or community. Since then, FLA has grown into a small family of Allied Health professionals including Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy who share a passion for community-based care.

The opportunity

The role of Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist is to provide an experienced and specialist approach to community-based OT. Depending on a part or full-time position, you will be responsible for completing complex paediatric assessments followed by creating detailed and accurate reports, to then implement on an on-going basis or to manage otherwise accordingly. You will support and supervise team members and will provide education around paediatric OT to team members and clients where required.

You will receive (depending on part or full-time):

• $90,000 - $120,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)
• Company Vehicle
• Up to $5000 relocation payment upon starting

• Annual CPD of $1000 with grants of up to $10,000 for training (depending on availability)

Requirements

Skills and qualifications

• Valid Australian working rights
• Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent
• AHPRA registration
• Current Police & Working with Children's Check
• Paediatric and Occupational Therapy experience
• Demonstrates knowledge of disability, learning difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, motor skills difficulties, and child development
