Who are we looking for
Are you a dynamic Senior Psychologist with experience providing clinical leadership in a management role. Do you have highly developed skills in key stakeholder relationships? Key Selection Criteria
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency Experience in the assessment, diagnosis, case formulation and treatment of forensic clients
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident working in a complex, changing environment
- Flexible and agile approach to work
- Commitment to Child Safe Standards and Practices.
- Registration as a supervisor with AHPRA
- Proficient in the use of information technology
- Experience with forensic risk assessments

We are looking for someone with capacity to work three to five days per week supporting a clinical team. AHPRA registration as a supervisor is required or eligibility for training to become an AHPRA registered supervisor.
The key purpose of this position is to provide clinical leadership to a team who deliver assessment and treatment services to young people on a youth justice order in a custodial setting. This includes co-facilitation of group programs, individual interventions to address criminogenic needs, psychosocial interventions to assist in skills development and case consultation with support workers.
