We are currently recruiting for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. Seeking Full time therapists to join our expanding team however we will be open to negotiation for the right candidate. We welcome new graduates for this position. We are NDIS Registered for Therapeutic Supports & Early Childhood Early Intervention Supports.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a multidisciplinary therapy centre in Tamworth NSW offering group and individual therapy. We are NDIS Registered for Therapeutic Supports & Early Childhood Early Intervention Supports.

We believe our group therapy would rival any in Australia, with 120 participants aged 3 years to 20 years engaging in our groups every week. This is a fun and in vivo opportunity to assist the participant to learn and develop skills in a neuroaffirming way.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provision of speech therapy, completion of associated paperwork such as goal setting, assessment writing, clinical notes
• Access to a unique work environment designed to assist our therapists make an impact in their therapy. NO TRAVEL!
• You will manage your caseload. The work will be independent however as we are a multidisciplinary team there are opportunities to seek support with developing plans to meet the clients’ goals.
• Administration and reception support is supplied.
• 5 days additional leave for Christmas shutdown period
• Professional development allowance
• Clinical Supervision support (external if we cannot provide onsite)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Member of SPA (or eligible) and Current Medicare Provider Number (or eligible)

• Medicare Registration (or eligible)
• Current Driver's Licence (desirable)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• WWCC and Police Record Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or prepared to complete)
• Own computer
• Passion and interest in working with children and developing their skills. This role will also have an opportunity to work with our sister company Rayze, with clients aged 15 years to adult.
• Desirable to have an understanding of sensory processing, different developmental delays including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties
