We are seeking the services of a VR GP for a well established and highly regarded clinic in Ballarat.  The clinic is MM2 and DPA.

Practice

• flexible hours, days and management of their diary
• support in pursuing other interests, such as running GP-led clinics, or working with external health service providers or specialists
• support with billing and administration of assisting surgeon roles
• 60% of gross billings for on-site consultations
• 90% of gross billings for off-site consultations (including nursing home visits and WorkHealth services)
• 90% of gross billings for repeat scripts/referrals without a consultation and GP-written medical reports
• a generous share of PIP/WIP, including 90% of after-hours PIP and 100% of teaching payments for GPs that participate in the on-call roster
• the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art premises, with highly skilled nursing and administration staff, and a supportive team environment.

Relocation

• 4-6 weeks of furnished accommodation in Central Ballarat
• Reimbursement of reasonable costs for removal of household goods (to a maximum of $10,000 AUD)
• A $20,000 AUD asset payment for a full-time GP (a minimum of 9 sessions of 3.5 hours length face-to-face consulting per week) or pro-rata for less than full-time, paid the first week of practice
• An income guarantee for the first calendar month for available face-to-face consulting time
• Introductions for spousal employment, childcare, schools and other services.
