A Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the management and operation of a dental practice.

They typically manage the running of the business, organise appointments and billing, manage and hire staff within the practice, maintain records and ensure the practice complies with all rules and regulations. They can generally cover aspects such as overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, financial management, marketing and administration, and human resources. 

To succeed in this role the candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as being comfortable working with people in a team environment.
