Leadership and Management – Workplace Resilience
This learning activity explores the actions and behaviours that promote resilience and their application in the workplace during a crisis and as an everyday leadership strategy.
The tireless effort, humanity and bravery of those caring for others has been extraordinary since the COVID-19 pandemic began in February 2020. But at what cost? The current crisis is clearly increasing the risk for these conditions but do they bubble along under the surface for many health, aged and disability care workers day to day? And if so what are the quality, safety and financial implications for your organisation? This learning resources explores how to promote resilience in the workplace and considers the concept of moral injury. A resilient workforce will bounce back from the ever present challenges, great and small, in the health and other care sectors.
