What is the TPP?

TPP is part of the Nursing in Primary Health Care Program (NiPHC), an Australian Government Initiative, which aims to build capacity amongst the primary health care nursing workforce.

It is a 10-month evidence-based education, support, and mentoring program for transitioning nurses new to primary healthcare.

Who can apply?

APNA is looking for nurses (EN, RN, NP) who have graduated in the last 2 years, who have not previously completed a TPP and wants support during their transition to a PHC workplace.

If you have recently graduated and are looking for the perfect job in PHC, sign up with HealthcareLink and don’t forget to tell prospective employers about TPP and the support it can provide.

If you already have a job in primary health care and are ready to apply for the program, apply here.
