Members promote their products in accordance with the requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, including the conditions of registration
All marketing practices and educational activities are evidence-based and support the principles of the Quality Use of Medicines
Members ensure that for products listed on the Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits all promotional and marketing activities are in accordance with any PBS restrictions and contain accurate and current information regarding any PBS restrictions
Members ensure that their employees undertaking promotional or educational activities are appropriately trained and educated
Members promote their products in accordance with the requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, including the conditions of registration
All marketing practices and educational activities are evidence-based and support the principles of the Quality Use of Medicines
