Talent Focus (formerly known as Technical Focus) was established in 1997 by Co-Founders Stephen Ibbotson and Luke McDonald in Sydney.
Stephen and Luke have built a solid reputation for crafting some of the best recruitment strategies for their clients and candidates.

Originally established as a niche, boutique provider of recruitment solutions for FMCG, Engineering, Operations and Technical supply chains.
Since our humble beginnings in 1997, we have continued to grow our recruitment expertise and networks across a broad range of industries including Healthcare, Education, Labour Hire and more.
We have also grown our foot print. Talent Focus now have offices and recruitment consultants in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Singapore.
