The use of our recall system will enable us to maintain the patients dental environment, to the highest standards available with the patients co-operation, we treat our patients as we would like ourselves to be treated.

All instruments are sterilized, autoclave and cold sterilization, surgeries are disinfected between patients. All procedures are performed in a clean environment. Disposables are used whenever possible.
 

Our fees are resonable for the all types of dental treatments we offer. We always believe in quoting an estimate before any work is being carried out.

We have electronic claims processing (HICAPS/EFTPOS) on site to expedite claims easily.

For extensive accounts financial arrangements can be made.
 

We do thorough examinations with x-rays, intra oral pictures, jaw models etc, so as to compile the treatment plan suited to you, and quotes are given (Valid for 3 months) before commencing work so that you are in control of your treatment.

No pressure is applied to take treatments and we will endeavour to give as much information to patients about complex or comprehensive treatments for their perusal before committing.

Over all our aim is to 1st listen to the patients complaints, desires, wants and needs, then together strive to achieve those goals, to the best our service can offer; keeping in mind some things may not be able to be done due to other extenuating circumstances.

We are having special arrangements for patients with HCF & HBF health funds. We also treat patients of Approved Government Schemes as part of our community social responsibility.
