Why work with us
Why would you consider relocating to a regional city? Orange? Why the OAMS?

1. Work-Life Balance:

Orange offers a more relaxed pace of life compared to large cities. Dentists can enjoy a better work-life balance, less traffic congestion, shorter commutes, and a slower, more peaceful environment.
The Monday to Friday work schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) without weekends or after-hours can contribute significantly to maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.

2. Family-Friendly Community:

Orange is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, recreational facilities, and community activities suitable for children and families.
The welcoming and close-knit community in Orange can provide a supportive environment for families relocating from other regions or countries, helping them settle in and feel at home.

3. Lower Cost of Living:

Compared to larger cities, Orange generally offers a lower cost of living, including more affordable housing options. This can enable Dentists and their families to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle without the financial strain often associated with urban areas.

4. Reduced Burnout and Stress:

The tranquil setting of Orange, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and natural beauty, can help Dentists alleviate stress and prevent burnout. The slower pace and quieter environment allow for relaxation and rejuvenation after work.
Being part of a smaller community like Orange can foster a sense of belonging and support, reducing feelings of isolation or overwhelm commonly experienced in larger, fast-paced cities.

5. Career Development Opportunities:

Despite being a regional area, Orange boasts modern facilities and opportunities for career growth and professional development. Dentists may have the chance to expand their skills, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions tailored to the community's needs.

6. Embracing Cultural Diversity:

Orange celebrates cultural diversity, welcoming Dentists from various backgrounds and nationalities. The opportunity to work within a multicultural environment can enrich professional experiences and broaden cultural understanding.

7. Outdoor Lifestyle:

Orange and its surrounding regions offer abundant outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, cycling, and exploring national parks. Dentists and their families can enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle amidst stunning natural landscapes.
