I am a registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist at Tailoring Therapy.

I have an unwavering passion to help people navigate through life’s challenges and move towards personal growth and happiness I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may affect life negatively.

My life experience and comprehensive training in psychology, counselling, and psychotherapy, provides me with the knowledge and skills to assist you to explore, identify and understand the patterns of your behaviour. I see my role as helping you to modify unhelpful patterns and offer support as you navigate change in order to live a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Using evidence-based approaches and interventions, I will individualise your therapy sessions in line with your goals and needs and reflecting your unique life experiences. Through mutual trust and collaboration, together we will find what works best for you, as I respect ‘you’ as the expert of your life.
