Our Treatment Model
Recovery comes in different stages.
While the Recover and Restore stages feel good and restore your mobility, lasting change won't be achieved if you stop there.
In order to future proof your body, we need to Relearn, Consolidate and acquire new Habits to address all factors that contributed to your injury in the first place.

Why work with us
Movement Laboratory is a collective of specialised and reputable healthcare professionals. We are musculoskeletal physiotherapists, with additional qualifications and extensive experience in treating dance injuries, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and managing chronic pain conditions.
All clinicians are certified Pilates instructors trained with Stott, APPI, Polestar and PilatesITC. Many of us enjoyed some time in the dance world before becoming dance physios and movement educators.
Our method of teaching marries Pilates, dance, rehabilitation and functional training, thereby giving us the extra edge as physiotherapists. We provide outstanding movement education leading to lasting results for our patients.
