Bedford Medical Clinic is a group general practice located in the southern suburb of Tonsley approximately 30 minutes from the central business district of Adelaide.

The practice is situated in the Tonsley Park Redevelopment Precinct (old Mitsubishi site), conveniently located near a large public hospital and several private hospitals.

Bedford Medical Clinic was established in 1955 with the founding doctors being Dr Upsdell and Dr Hughes. Past and present longstanding doctors of the clinic are Dr Fernando, Dr Wedd, Dr Leeder, Dr McMillan, Dr Kubicek, Dr Ludero, Dr Brailey, Dr Wauchope, Dr Grigg and Dr Harrison.

Originally a rural practice operating at Blackwood, Ashford and Glenelg, Bedford has subsequently become a suburban practice. Drs Steward and Harrison's practice merged with Bedford in 1998.

In June 2008 Bedford Medical Clinic moved to 51 Eve Road, Bellevue Heights for 15 months before moving back to South Road to a building in the former Mitsubishi site at 1284 South Road Clovelly Park in October 2009. The new facility is situated at a very convenient location with good public transport access and ample onsite parking. The moves have enabled Bedford to expand the range of services available to patients.

Special interests of the practice include computerised mole checks, skin cancer treatments, minor surgery, chronic fatigue syndrome, geriatrics, travel medicine and counselling.
