Welcome to Brandon Speech Pathology (formerly trading as Jan Brandon Private Practice)

Our speech pathologists help children and young people aged from 18 months to 18 years to develop communication skills.

We work with you and your child to develop skills in the following areas:

•  early interaction and pre-language skills
•  speech sound production (articulation)
•  receptive language (understanding of language)
•  expressive language (use of language)
•  pre-literacy skills
•  learning (reading and writing)
•  fluency (stuttering)
•  pragmatic language (social skills)

We offer individual and group therapy sessions and use a variety of intervention approaches.

Individual sessions (30 minutes) are tailored to your child’s needs and focus on goals set in collaboration with you.

We’ve been proudly providing speech pathology services to our clients in Strathpine, just north of Brisbane, Queensland for over 45 years. Our client base includes clients from the City of Brisbane, Moreton Bay Region and Sunshine Coast Region.

We accept referrals from Queensland Health, the Department of Social Services (Helping Children with Autism and Better Start for Children with Disability), General Practitioners, Paediatricians, School teachers, Kindergarten teachers, Daycare teachers, other Allied Health professionals, community health organisations, and parents/carers.
