Accreditation is a process that acknowledges a practice has met high standards of safety and quality to improve the healthcare of people, families and communities. GPA Surveyors consider many aspects of General Practice using standards set by the RACGP. These standards address key features from communication with patients to system management. To achieve accreditation, it is necessary that the practice provide quality, comprehensive and continuing care to the patients in a caring environment.
