Associate Dentist

We’re incredibly proud of both the space and the team culture that we’ve created at Jacaranda Family Dental over the past decade and are on the lookout for an Associate dentist to work alongside us. You won't be starting an appointment book from scratch - our wonderful Associate is moving to Brisbane, so you'll be taking over from them. You will enjoy the benefits of working in a well-organised practice, providing the dentistry you want to do, and looking after the loveliest of patients.

How we produce fantastic dentists

• Guidance and coaching from Dr Adam who has over 14 years’ experience. Many practices have a Principal Dentist who’s only available on the phone, however Adam is in the practice four days a week.
• Smooth systems in marketing and patient retention meaning you’ll be seeing patients from day one
• Three dedicated Patient Care Coordinators who will fill any last-minute gaps in your books so that you remain productive in these challenging economic times
• Amazing clinical support from our OHT so you can focus on the areas of dentistry that you enjoy. Whether that be simply general dentistry or Invisalign, Implants, Ceramics, Fixed Ortho, RCTs, restorative, wisdom teeth etc, we're equipped for all aspects of dentistry
• A highly professional front of house team to wow your patients before they even meet you, plus our DAs know how to provide all the comforts from Netflix and blankets, plus friendly and caring attitudes
• We are Gympie’s leading Invisalign provider so we attract the right patients who appreciate high value dentistry

• You’re a dentist that prioritises patient care
• It’s ok if you’re not completely amazing as long as you know how to do the basics well. If you’re motivated and keen to learn we can coach you and help you improve your clinical scope and communication skills for better case acceptance
• You’re looking for a stable role and would like to work with a loyal and growing patient base.
• You’re looking for a role where you get to choose the type of dentistry that you want to do
• You have a friendly chair side manner and have the ability to communicate well and make people feel comfortable
