Clinical Psychologist - Remote Telehealth Contractor

Flexible part-time telehealth-only contractor positions are currently available for fully registered (not provisional) psychologists and clinical psychologists. If you live in regional, rural, or remote areas of Australia or have spent a significant portion of your career as a psychologist in such areas, then you may suit our Regional, Rural, & Remote program. We are seeking competent clinical psychologists and psychologists to provide 100% telehealth evidence-based therapy from your own premises anywhere in Australia, working at whatever times and days suit you, including after-hours if you prefer, under an Independent Contractor Agreement. We attract clients from across Australia from marketing and existing referrers.  

 

We offer full reception, clinical support, and IT support, PowerDiary cloud-based practice management and telehealth software, as well as Microsoft Office 265 apps. 

 

Job Description: 

 

Successful applicants will be responsible for all aspects of providing therapy to their own client load. They will also enjoy the support of similarly focused colleagues, including our support staff and clinical manager, and the security of working for an established practice with a strong referral base and good reputation.

 

We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, and who enjoy being part of a supportive team. 

 

Essential eligibility requirements: 

  

• an appropriate post-graduate degree in Psychology (MClin.Psych, DPsych or PhD(Clin.Psych) only.) (or equivalent)
• full (unconditional) registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (not provisional psychologists or 5+1 Interns)
• eligibility for registration with Medicare to provide psychology services.
