Couples Counsellor

Associated Counsellors & Psychologists Sydney is looking for skilled, empathic and qualified independent counsellors looking to start or expand their private practice in Campbelltown and surrounding areas. You can use your own offices. As a clinical associate, you will work autonomously utilising the psychological change framework of your choice. The clientele is varied, fee paying, and mostly high-functioning. The challenge and reward is in working with a true variety of presentations as well as earning a generous rate of pay.

• Located in Campbelltown, NSW
• The role is based on a commercial contract and the rate of retained earnings per clinical hour will be negotiated depending on experience, usually between $80 and $110 per session.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for clinicians who are skilled and experienced working in the change modality of their choice  - our network represents professionals drawing on a wide range of change models from CBT to Systemic to Psychodynamic therapy.

Essential criteria:

• You must be a professional counsellor with professional insurance and PACFA registration. 
• You must have at least 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
• You must be able to provide some regular after-hours availability (evenings or Saturdays)
• Experience with couples counselling (advantageous)
