Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in digital dentistry and a passion for delivering high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

-Utilize digital design software such as 3Shape/ExoCAD or similar to create precise models for 3D printing

-Digital Smile Design Skills

-Fabricate dental retainers, mouthguards, lingual wires and other appliances using advanced laser cutting technology

-Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dental appliances

-Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to quality standards

-Follow detailed instructions and specifications to meet client requirements and patient expectations

-Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation

Key Requirements:

-Degree or certification in Dental Technology is preferred

-Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, with expertise in digital design and fabrication techniques

-Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape) for digital dental workflows is advantagous

-Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and fabrication processes

-Experience with producing retainers, mouthguards, lingual wires

-Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

-Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
