The Position:

2 days per week with a view to move to 3 days quickly

The role:

Manage and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative team culture

Establish and enforce efficient office protocols to provide a safe workplace for staff and patients

Coordinate staff orientation, training, and development

Monitor performance, address issues, and drive improvements

Support existing leaders and business owners

The hired person will have:

Exceptional communication skills

Minimum 3 years dental experience

A positive attitude

Willingness to learn

Empathy

The ability to work autonomously or as part of our large team
