GP position in Tuncurry

A GP vacancy has become available at Tuncurry Medical Centre. We are a 4 doctor practice situated in Tuncurry-Forster on the Mid North coast of NSW.

The Tuncurry Medical Centre is a well established 4 doctor practice situated in Tuncurry-Forster on the mid north coast of NSW.  One of our resident GP's has now retired, and we are looking at replacing him.   

We are a mixed billing practice with excellent nursing support.   Our town is serviced by the Forster Private Hospital, and GP's have admitting rights if need be.  Manning Base Hospital, Taree is the nearest public hospital ( approx 30 mins drive ) and takes all emergencies. There is no casualty at Forster Private.

Tuncurry - Forster is situated about 3 hours drive north of Sydney.  It has a resident population of about 20 000, but this swells considerably during holidays.

As this position is a replacement, there is an instant patient load.

The practice is busy but friendly, and we would encourage all to consider a move to this beautiful part of the coast.
