Position Highlights:

While prior Medical Receptionist experience is valuable, customer service skills and a positive attitude are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase exceptional customer service, multitasking, and responsibility handling.
• Stay composed and warm during busy times, efficiently managing calls and appointments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication to ensure patient care and support.
• Familiarity with Genie software is advantageous.
• Adapt to doctors' varied preferences, billing styles, and booking choices.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Commit to 5 days per week between 9am - 5:30pm (no weekend work!).
