New Graduate or Experienced Neurological Physiotherapist

The Role

Due to strong demand and a stellar reputation with referrers and clients, we are experiencing team growth and are looking for neurological physiotherapists to join us at the following clinic locations:

• Forest Hill
• Heidelberg
• Narre Warren

We are open to part-time or full-time applications for roles that are ongoing and permanent. While this is primarily an employed position, we are also open to senior staff who may want to be engaged as a contractor (entitlements differ).

Our work is approximately 80% based in clinic with the remainder community visits in defined geographic catchment areas < 30 minutes away from home or your clinic site. Positions are well-supported by senior members of the team and a robust orientation and clinical competency framework and pathways for career growth. We have a history of promoting staff from within to senior positions as they grow!

We have 4 tiers of therapists we are looking for:

• Junior - New graduate and early career therapists looking to step into a supportive environment and engage in meaningful and evidence-based care with a neurological caseload in an organisation that cares about balance, well-being and progression
• Advanced - Mid career therapists looking to consolidate and specialise in niche areas within neurological physiotherapy (minimum 2 years of relevant experience)
• Senior therapists looking for meaningful clinical work and deepen their clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment skills, and bounce ideas with other senior clinicians (minimum 5 years relevant experience)
• Clinical Lead therapists looking to balance clinical and leadership, management and innovation development (minimum 7 years relevant experience)

✅ Our team is led by our Director who is passionate about making a difference and who is dedicated to the highest level of neurological physiotherapy. He has completed one year of the Neurology Specialisation Program of the Australian College of Physiotherapists, and is a previous instructor candidate in the Bobath Concept. He is a sessional staff member at Swinburne University, Victoria University and RMIT in their Masters program, teaches masterclasses and has research connections.
