Physiotherapist - Bone Health

Moore Health is looking for a passionate and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist to work part-time in a private practice located in Redfern, Sydney. 

The physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting musculoskeletal assessments for clients that have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or osteopenia. As well as conducting treatment and developing exercise prescription, and assisting in the rehabilitation of individuals and groups. 

Our clinic specialises in the evidence-based exercise program called the Onero™ Bone Health Programme. The license and training to teach the program will be provided by the Moore Health Clinic.

You will be working alongside a sports physiotherapist and you will be  mentored with the latest evidence-based physiotherapy and exercise therapy

This position will be part-time employment with the opportunity to expand. 

Currently starting at 18 hours per week on the following days

• Monday morning 8 am – 2.00 pm
• Tuesday morning 8 am – 2.00 pm
• Thursday morning 8 am – 2.00 pm

Moore Health is a boutique physiotherapy, pilates, and massage clinic located in Moore Park Gardens Redfern. The area is a vibrant suburb on the edge of the city and is famous for its thriving creative scene, high-density population, and small business community. 

The clinic has a modern fit-out with private treatment rooms and a sizeable pilates/gym studio with all the latest equipment. We utilise cloud-based practice management software.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Australian Working Rights
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Must be willing to take out your own professional indemnity insurance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Essential experience in prescribing and teaching individual and group exercise classes
