The clinic was established in 1985 and has gained a reputation in maintaining the highest standard of care for its patients with a large referral base from Eastern suburbs doctors.  We deliver holistic healthcare with experts in manual therapy, sports medicine, cranio-sacral therapy, acupuncture, breathing pattern disorders, yoga, tai chi, and Feldenkrais. These are supported by an extensive range of exercise and movement therapy classes including the GLA:D programme for osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.  Learn about the innovative  "Key Approach" and "Key Moves® exercise programme developed by the published author Josephine Key.
