What does this look like?

A full-time position

 Base salary plus commission

Weekly group and 1:1 mentoring

Opportunities for mentoring new physios and final year physio students

Structured team meetings and case conference sessions

Guidance with how to build community relationships to attract ideal clients

Ability to develop roster flexibility

One on one appointments – no dual treatments here

About you:

You are passionate and empathetic

You love working in a dynamic, team environment

‍ You have sound clinical reasoning skills

‍ You have a thirst for continuous improvement of clinical skills

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are willing to work 2 evenings and Saturday mornings, with flexibility in your roster to support work/life balance

Clinical Pilates and/or Paediatric Physiotherapy experience or interest a bonus (not essential)

You’re an AHPRA registered physiotherapist (New grads welcome to apply)
