Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates was established in 2005 and is committed to seeing everyone in our community reaching their full potential in fitness, health and well-being. Our ideal applicant is enthusiastic and committed to providing exceptional customer service, has significant front desk administrative experience, preferably in a small business. They have exceptional communication, negotiation, problem solving, computer and organisational skills and maturity when dealing with the public. They can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi task.

We are advertising for a full time receptionist who will work in a friendly, supportive team using best practice business systems and software. You have the ability to be innovative and the opportunity to progress to the position of senior administrative team leader. This role will suit an experienced administrative assistant who is enthusiastic about growing their role in the business to support our team so we can deliver the best results possible for our clients.
