We are currently seeking talented Psychologists from the UK to help us change more lives across Australia.

About the role 

Duties will include:

• Plan and deliver client-driven, evidence-based education and support services in a community setting, primarily focused on participant goal attainment.
• Develop coping strategies for various situations to build a participant’s confidence and self-esteem, whilst simultaneously challenging unhelpful thoughts.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with participants and key stakeholders, including other health professionals, family members, and support coordinators.
• Deliver vocational interventions, underpinned by work-focused CBT, to enhance a participant’s readiness for work.
• Implement tailored, practical psychological interventions for individual or groups, from teenage to older adult participants, for onsite clinic-based roles.
• Create detailed and timely reports to demonstrate impact and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders.

About you

You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, with a passion for supporting a diverse range of clients, ready to hit the ground running in Australia.

Essential requirements include:

• Minimum master’s degree level qualification in Psychology.
• Full clean driving licence.
• A willingness to complete criminal record check.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not essential.
