Psychologist

This is a hybrid role for a Psychologist at Mind Over Matter Psychological Services located in Penrith, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological services to clients. This may include individual, group, and family therapy, assessment and diagnosis of mental health disorders, and development of treatment plans. This role requires some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Hold full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Have a minimum of two years' experience as a Psychologist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a range of evidence-based therapies
• Understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and other funding models for psychological services
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan
• Good time-management skills and ability to maintain accurate records

Relevant experience in trauma, child and adolescent psychology, and indigenous mental health is highly regarde
