Fundamentals of Wound healing
The skin is the body’s largest organ and an integral part of the integumentary system. Nurses are required to have a thorough understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the skin and wound physiology to ensure effective wound management. Through this module you will gain greater knowledge and understanding of the structure and functions of skin and the principles of wound healing.
