Conflict Awareness
As healthcare professionals, we are constantly interacting with people who are experiencing high levels of stress. These interactions have the potential to create challenging situations, especially when expectations or demands are not able to be met.
This conflict awareness course provides strategies on how to handle situations that could develop into conflict. Based on assertive communication principles, these strategies will improve your responsiveness and flexibility in challenging situations.
