Vaccines in pregnancy 2023

During pregnancy, the pregnant person's immune system is naturally weaker than usual. This CPD will discuss the advice and the recommendations for vaccination before and during pregnancy as well as whilst breastfeeding to protect both the mother and baby.
Through this learning module, the student will gain a deeper understanding of prenatal and pregnancy immunisation recommendations, as well as immunisation recommendations for carers.
