We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chiropractor to take over a patient base of an associate who is relocating. This is a could be a full time or part-time position, starting in November. The position is based in Bowral, NSW (approximately an hour from Sydney).

As the ideal candidate, you are someone who loves chiropractic and being a chiropractor and loves working with families and people of all ages. You regularly seek care and follow a chiropractic lifestyle. You are organised, energetic, and punctual, with a strong client focus. You possess an open-minded and team player attitude, empathetic, knowledgeable, observant, caring, and have a great sense of humour. You have a passion for learning and are always seeking to expand your knowledge and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality chiropractic care to clients, utilising a range of techniques.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment plans.
Build strong relationships with client, focusing on their needs and concerns.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
Participate in practice marketing and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's degree in Chiropractic and full registration with AHPRA.
Valid professional indemnity insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in SOT is an advantage but not necessary
New Graduates are welcome to apply. Mentoring and training will be provided.

We are a fun and dynamic all-female team of 3 chiros and 2 super CA's. We have a focus on holistic, evidence-based care. We see lots of families, including pregnant women and children. We will provide training in the assessment and care of children and babies and pregnant women. We also have a wonderful network of practitioners including GP's, birth workers, OTs, dentists, massage therapists and acupuncturists.

We have a regular wellness client base as well as a steady flow of in-house referrals and also a growing influx through online sources and practitioner referrals.

We have regular team and chiro meetings and support from the team is available at all times. Our chiros use SOT as their base technique and combine this with a mix of diversified, activator, Webster, logan, drop piece, applied kinesiology, RNR integrations, NET, and dry needling.

You will also have access to $10K of CPD per financial year through the HWSP scholarship/bursary program.
