The Caloundra Central Business District (CBD) radiates out from Bulcock Street - where our practice is located at the centre of the business community, offering an authentic ‘high street’ character with a mix of retail and commercial activities supported by performance and cultural facilities. The high street is also located just a few street back from stunning Bulcock Beach and Happy Valley park.
Locals and visitors value the community facilities available in the areas surrounding the CBD, including parks and skate parks, pools, outdoor barbeques, fishing and walking and cycling paths. As well as the “caring community spirit” and rich history of the area, linked to its maritime experiences during World War II, indigenous heritage, tradition of fishing, culture of surfing and interaction with the ocean.

January and February are typically the warmest months with an average temperate range of 21.0 °C to 29 °C. February and March are typically the wettest months.
To visit Caloundra, come from Brisbane by road via the Bruce Highway or by the regular bus services run from Brisbane to Caloundra – the bus terminal backs onto the high street. If visiting from the rest of the coast, Sunbus provides frequent services throughout the Caloundra coastal area and the Sunshine Coast.
