Our Client has developed & specifically tailored a “New Graduate Program” to make the transition smoother for new graduates entering the workplace. Spanning over 12 months & starting from the moment you step through our doors.
In the first week, you will complete a weeklong induction, provided with all of the information needed to start your journey. This week, new graduates will shadow other clinicians, meet the team, & familiarise themselves with the centre, along with our policies & procedures.
