About the Role:

As the Coordinator of Child and Family Health and Wellbeing, you'll lead and coordinate our multidisciplinary Maternal and Child Health service within our vibrant and diverse community. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically lead develop a client-focused and integrated service, ensuring service improvements and innovations that cater to the evolving needs of our community.

Your Profile:

• Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Maternal and Child Health or extensive clinical experience in child and family health are essential. Leadership experience, with additional qualifications in leadership and change management highly desirable.
• Empathy and Compassion: A genuine caring attitude towards the community, coupled with a deep understanding of vulnerable families' needs, will define your success in this role.
• Emotional Intelligence: Your ability to manage stress, conflict, and change with empathy and resilience will set you apart. Making decisive yet empathetic decisions in challenging situations is crucial.
