About YOU:

We prefer candidates with over 5 years of prior clinical experience.
Experience in orthodontics and endodontics, including extractions, is highly valued.
Current AHPRA registration and Australian work rights are essential.
We seek individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional care with enthusiasm.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal finesse are paramount.
The ability to excel in both team-oriented and independent environments is a must.

Your DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommend suitable staffing levels for departments and oversee clinical staff/dentists.
Recognize and address clinic issues, such as unsafe clinical practices or unprofessional conduct within one's scope of responsibility.
Support the implementation, upkeep, and guidance on marketing and clinical protocols.
Lead team gatherings and conduct staff training sessions.
Diagnose and manage oral disorders and diseases.
Create treatment strategies and educate patients on optimal dental hygiene.
Establish patient care objectives.
