This reputable and established private practice is currently seeking an experienced dentist to join their team in an independent role, demonstrating a long-term commitment to providing exceptional dental care. 

You will work independently and have the opportunity to be able to offer all treatments within your skillset.

Enjoying the autonomy a principal dentist would have, you would start on 3 days in view to have more days if you want. You will work with all latest equipment like Cerec scanners ,OPG and intraoral cameras.

You will have access to 5 Complimentary CPD programmes with Momentum, can engage in case discussions with the senior dentist and depending on your skill level and scope of work, then you may have some days at the client's Bowral practice as well .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of dental procedures with precision and expertise
• Establish and maintain strong patient relationships
•  Work independently to contribute to the overall success of the practice

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dentist
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You would normally treat up to 10 patients per day but the client naturally seeks someone who is also happy to retain and build on their books with the view to a  long term commitment.
