New Leaf Dietetics is expanding and looking for a contractor Dietitian to work across various clinics in Perth. In three years New Leaf Dietetics has grown to cover 6 sites across Perth and are now looking for someone to join the team and further our vision to grow healthy children and support healthy aging. The position involves ~20h per week with potential to increase. The successful applicant will be motivated to maintain and grow a case load, have good communication skills with clients and other members of a multidisciplinary team and be able to work independently. Experience is desired but not essential, new grads are encouraged to apply.

Role description

  • Individual medical nutrition therapy
  • Complete case notes and required reporting
  • Case load is predominately adults, chronic disease management, weight management, IBS, some eating disorders, children and adolescents and NDIS clients.
  • Maintain APD status

Essential criteria

  • Bachelor or masters degree in nutrition and dietetics
  • Provisional or full APD with Dietitians Australia membership
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Australian drivers license and reliable car
  • National Police Check
  • Willingness to comply with any immunisation requirements from various sites.
