Role Description

• Work with a diverse clientele with varied conditions ranging from chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation to successful ageing.
• Managing and building a case load including Wellness “ExSocio” and technology - based group sessions.
• Treating clients with an emphasis on prevention and longevity for long-term health outcomes.
• Assessing, providing, and evaluating clinical care, in collaboration with clients, and the multidisciplinary team, to achieve identified goals.
• Understanding and interpreting objective measures to guide clinical decisions and educate client for future success.
• Reaching KPIs, managing clinical notes, client follow ups and reporting.
• Liaising with other allied health professionals, local schools, sporting clubs and corporate organisations to engage and instigate conversation.
• Understand the MIND philosophy and use the foundations and pillars set out to provide excellence with an empathetic approach.

Qualifications |

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist
• ESSA Accreditation
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check
• NDIS Worker's screening check (optional)
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 1 year experience is ideal (exceptional new grads welcome to apply)
