We are currently seeking talented Occupational Therapists from the UK to help us change more lives across Australia.

About the role 

Duties will include:

• Deliver client-driven, evidence-based therapy services in a community setting.
• Identify key challenges in a participant’s home or local environment, implementing adaptations and solutions to overcome these.
• Self-manage day-to-day client activities to facilitate greater independence and participation in meaningful activities of daily life.
• Provide holistic support in partnership with other key stakeholders, including health professionals, family members, and community members.
• Provide comprehensive injury management, rehabilitation and prevention services following workplace illness or injury.
• Create and evaluate individualised support plans, using activity as a therapeutic tool.

About you

You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, with a passion for supporting a diverse range of clients, ready to hit the ground running in Australia.

Essential requirements include:

• Degree level qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Full clean driving licence.
• A willingness to complete criminal record check.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not essential.
