Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Occupational Therapist at Well Balanced Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality allied health services to patients in regional, rural, and remote communities. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This is a hybrid role, based in Cairns, QLD, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
• Experience in working with Pediatrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and its applications in Occupational Therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in remote healthcare is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
