We are a local, family-owned paediatric clinic who has been supporting the Mackay community for over 16 years and we can't wait to have you join our team.
About The Role
We are looking for an occupational therapist who wants to progress their career in either a clinical or leadership capacity. You will be responsible for working with children from ages 0-18, their families and others involved in their care so that they can have a happy, calm and connected family and community life.

What It Takes To Join Our Team
- Bachelor or Masters entry degree in Occupational Therapy which is recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a suitable qualification for general registration as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
- General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Occupational Therapist (or the ability to acquire before commencement).
- Ability to work independently, have great time management skills and be an effective team member
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, professionals, other stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to identify own learning needs, strengths and limitations and seek out appropriate tools and resources to improve own skills and competencies as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to achieving quality outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
-Ability to learn quickly, show initiative and problem solve with a positive attitude and growth mindset in a busy work setting.
