Practice Nurse

We are looking for a Division1 Nurse with current AHPRA RN registration, who has empathy towards patients, strong work ethics, good computer skills, a friendly manner and ability to work as a team,

It is a multifaceted position including duties such as:-

• Chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans
• Reception, Triage, Patient recalls,
• Maintain stock of clinical supplies and vaccines.
• Cold chain management
• Responsible for Infection prevention control processes
• Maintain accreditation standards
