Speech Language Pathologist - Graduates Wanted!
About Us!
South Australia Speech Services is shaking up the Allied Health Industry and we're looking for a full-time (or part-time) Speech Pathologist to join our team!
SA Speech Services was founded by allied health professionals who were sick of being overworked, under-resourced, and under-paid! So they decided to reinvent the Allied Health Workplace, and set up a system that's rewarding for the business, the clients, and the employees!
Join our exciting multi-disciplinary team with the option of Salaried or Contractor positions both available!
Salaried Position;
- Base salary of $70,000 + Superannuation per annum for new graduates, with higher salaries negotiated for more experienced clinicians
- Great work-life balance, with a maximum caseload of 20-25 clients per week!
- The ability to set your own schedule to start late, finish early, or take long lunches!
Contractor Position;
- Receive a set percentage of payment for every client, meaning uncapped earning potential!
- No KPI's or minimum caseload requirements
- Complete flexibility over hours and days worked!
Why join our Team?
- Work under close supportive supervision with regular individual clinical supervision
- A dedicated resource budget provided solely for you to acquire the resources you work with best
- The freedom to set your own hours
- Join our relaxed workplace environment with no KPI's or caseload requirements
- Uncapped earning potential for Contractors with very generous remuneration
- Supportive workplace, team culture and access to working with a broad range of other highly skilled allied health professionals
- Access to regular team meetings and opportunities to share ideas and build positive and strong working relationships (with regular team dinners and catch-ups!)
What you'll need to succeed!
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current registration, or eligibility to register for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A passion for working with children, and clients with physical and intellectual disabilities
- A willingness to provide outreach support (all travel is generously compensated)
- A valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- And most importantly, being passionate about making a positive change in the lives of your clientele!
