The 2024 New Grad Program

• Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients
• Consistent 1:1 supervision with senior Speech Pathologist; plus additional support as required
• Peer support system with those who’ve been through the program
• Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs

Who are you?

• You have a fun and friendly nature and want to make a difference!

• The idea of taking on a variety of Adults & Paediatrics clients excites you – covering anything from paeds feeding & AAC, to rehabilitation and Transgender voice

• You have confidence in clinical decision making & problem solving
• You are willing to do day trips to our small outreach towns to achieve our organisation's ‘why’ … and for those interested we have overnight trips to more remote locations
• You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology, SPA membership and full legal rights of working in Australia
