While watching a television program recently; one I'm sure you are all familiar with Married at First Sight (MAFS) it was highlighted to me that one of the contestants had been diagnosed with Chicken Pox. The healthy and robust looking gentleman whom the diagnosis was granted didn't seem to look unwell at all. This is almost not the case for those suffering from Chicken Pox or Measles. These can be deadly diseases. They can also leave those suffering with permanent disabilities. I know there are parents out there who have also seen their children suffer uncomfortable side effects from vaccinations. I am one of those parents. After discussing my fears with my #GP My #GP suggested giving #paracetamol and #ibeprophen combined 1 hour prior to #vaccination. This worked a treat. My child went straight to a soccer game and won thanks to the handy advice of my GP. Do not be fooled by the contestant on MAFS into thinking that Chicken Pox is not that bad.
